The farm resort includes three double rooms, two single rooms and three large bathrooms one of that is fully equipped with disabled facilities.
All the rooms are elegantly furnished with antiques and wrought-iron beds, and are characterized by oak-beamed ceilings.
From every room is possible to enjoy a breath-taking view on the surrounding countryside: the natural park of “Sasso Simone e Simoncello”, the mountain of Carpegna, and many other charming places.

On the first floor our guests have at their disposal a recreational room with a plasma TV, a DVD player and some board games, while on the ground floor are a large and fully equipped kitchen and another living room.
Outside the farm resort, a very ancient but in working order wood oven is at guests’ disposal. The oven is used during the cookery courses that we organise giving our guests the opportunity to go way back by getting the hang of making home made bread stage by stage (kneading, rising, baking)as it once used.
