In compliance with the art. no. 13 of the Italian Decree 196/2003 regulating the privacy and personal data protection, we inform you that Agostini Domenica, as owner of the Agriturismo Cŕ dell’Aia (address: Via Cŕ dell’Aia sn, Piandimeleto – PU - Italy), collects and uses the personal data that customers, suppliers, partners, and other persons fax, phone, or e-mail her voluntarily. All the personal data collected are processed in compliance with the Italian decree 196/2003 and in respect of our professionalism and privacy high standards. We just collect and use data provided by our guests directly, or by third parties like companies those, for collecting and processing them in total compliance with law and personal right to privacy, are authorized by customers’ direct agreement to provide them in order to convey advertising materials, conduct market researches, present products and services. Besides, it could happen that our company processes personal data that the Italian law define as “sensitive data”. Under the Italian law, the processing of “sensitive data” needs a specific agreement. Aims of the personal data processing: - to fulfil law, Community rules, and measures issued by authorities legitimized by law or controlling and monitoring bodies - to fulfil contract obligations with customers - to fulfil technical needs about the good working order of the system - to fulfil all the activities linked to our business, for example: draw up internal statistics and personal forms, invoicing needs, keep the accounts - to fulfil trade aims by mailing, faxing and e-mailing information, advertising materials or by conducting market researches - to fulfil credit protection and debt management - to fulfil insurance needs, in particular the credit insurance - to take over customers’ satisfaction level through questionnaires or phone interviews conducted by us directly, or by specialized companies. Directions for the data processing: In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the personal data processing is carried out through manual, electronic, or telematic tools always in keeping with the above mentioned aims and with all precautionary measures which guarantees its security and confidentiality. In any event, data processing will be carried out in compliance with all precautionary measures, which guarantees its security and confidentiality. Your rights to access personal data The privacy policy, according to the art. 7, gives you the opportunity to exercise your rights at any time in relation to the data processing holder. In particular: The person involved has the right to receive confirmation regarding the existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of such data in an understandable form. The person involved has also the right to obtain information about: the origin of the personal data; the purposes and procedures of the data processing operations; the applied logic in case of data processing carried out with the use of electronic devices; data identifying the data processing holder, the persons responsible and the representative designated; the subjects or the categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that can known them. The person involved has the right to: update, correct, supplement, cancel, convert into an anonymous format, or to block the data processed in violation of the law. The person involved has the right to object, in all or part, for legitimate reasons: to the processing of his/her personal data, though pertinent to the collection purpose; to the processing of personal data that involves him/her for the purpose of transmitting advertising or direct sales material or to carry out market or commercial communication surveys and research. Therefore, if the users of the Domenica Agostini’s website want process the e-mail boxes published on the website for sending advertising materials, carrying out direct selling, market researches, etc. have to ask for the explicit agreement of people involved. Considering the above-mentioned norms and notices, Domenica Agostini disclaims all responsibility about any unfair behaviour of her website users breaking the law.
